Sunday Afternoon Scrapping…

Did a little digital scrapping this afternoon.  I love how I can still work on my albums while I am curled up on the couch with Sunday afternoon football going on in the background.

Some recent layouts…

I got the scrapping bug while I sat on the couch and nursed little Miss this afternoon.

This 1st one will go in Merry Layne’s baby book

and this one will either go in Joy Lynn’s toddler album or I will stick it in our 2012 family album this year.  I am kind of in a transition with the children’s albums right now and I have not made up my mind which route to go.

Family Yearbook Page

This week the children will be taking school photos. which also means that it is time for us to turn in our annual family page for the yearbook.  I have not scrapped in forever so this was fun for me.

Project Life :: 2011 Edition

Some of you that have been reading our family’s blog for a while now know that I have been doing these fun photo projects - Project 365 in 2009 and last year’s weekly Project Life – for the past few years.  I never did a great job keeping up with them online but I must say that these are 2 of my favorite albums that we have and I really do treasure these daily + weekly glimpses into our lives that we captured for the past 2 years. 

So this year, I wanted to do things just a little bit different.  I am going with a theme each week and hopefully this will be a fun way for me to tell more of our family’s stories in 2011.

Been Too Long…

It has been way too long since I have shared anything over here so I thought it was high time that I got back in the habit of posting some of my photo projects for you all to see. 

Here is a look at a digital photo book that I created over the holidays.  I love how it turned out and there is no doubt that these family photos hold a very special spot in my heart right now.
